The attached pdf is my personal evidence to the 2014 enquiry by the Equality and Human Rights Commission into religion and belief in employment etc. Before addressing some of the specific points on which the EHRC was consulting, it seeks to clarify definitions and concepts. I was subsequently invited to take part in a productive series of “EHRC and Co-exist Friends of the Chair” lunch meetings to explore some of these topics.
